Domestic (United States) Returns:
Customers may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Some items are NON-RETURNABLE such as Software with Digital codes and Keys. Software with Digital Downloads and keys CANNOT be returned if opened.
Customers are responsible for ALLreturn shipping costs unless the return is a result of a mistake made by BonusDeal.com (i.e. Listing errors, wrong item shipped, etc.). Exceptions may be made for items that are defective or DOA; however, most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and adequate support may be obtained by utilizing that warranty.
Unless specified by an authorized Bonsudeal.com representative, all cables, accessories and hardware must be included in your return WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All returns will be inspected to ensure the condition of the item coincides with what was reported on the return request, as well as to match Serial Numbers If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused, and the package contents will be sent back to you at your cost.
10% Restocking fee will be subtracted from your return if accepted under the above condtions. (These fees cover shipping and handling costs that Bonusdeal.com provides as a free service to customers)
All returns are susceptible to restocking and handling fees. Below includes, but is not limited to, a list of reasons that restocking and handling fees may apply:
- Wrong item was ordered
- Condition of the returned unit was not as customer described in the return request
- Missing original package components or accessories.
- Other items are returned that were not authorized to be returned.
If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for all shipping, custom, and import tax fees.
All returns shipping will be at customers expense.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE RETURNING YOUR ITEM BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY FEES UNLESS THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON FILE OR THE CONDITION OF THE RETURN IS NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE RETURN REQUEST.
TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST BE ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. PLEASE EMAIL US AT RETURNS@BONUSDEAL.COM, TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. A RETURN LABEL WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM DEFECTIVE. IF YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM FOR ANY OTHER REASON, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, SIGNIFICANT DELAYS MAY OCCUR IN THE HANDLING OF YOU CLAIM.
PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND ONCE YOUR ITEM IS RECEIVED BY OUR WAREHOUSE. YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
